There are lots of words one can use to describe England's Anaal Nathrakh - "black metal meets grindcore", "insanity made music", "soundtrack to a mental breakdown" to name a few. In any case, the band have teased that a new album is in the works - indeed, quite far along indeed - and may see light at the end of the month.
So in, like, three weeks.
For as short notice as this news comes, it's welcome nevertheless. The as-of-yet unnamed record will follow 2012's Vanitas, which elicited mixed reviews from many critics.
